We source our specialty-grade beans from family-owned estates where the farmers are treated like partners. Our roasting process is a disciplined, "Open-Flame" craft utilizing small-batch precision to develop deep, dependable notes of toasted cacao, brown sugar, and mild cedar. We specialize in roasts that offer a smooth, balanced energy lift, designed to be the perfect companion for a productive morning or a quiet moment of reflection.
